Will put down a fantastic piece today, confidently advancing to the quarter final. After a blazing first 1000m, Will and the Belarusian Single Sculler had cleared the field, making it a race between the two for first. Will was edged out by 2.21 seconds, with a time of 7:06.98.  He cleared his nearest competitor, the Portuguese Single Sculler, by a confident 3.97 seconds.
