Seven GRP Biathletes named to World and IBU Cups

Following a pre-season on-snow selection camp in Vuokatti, Finland, the final US Biathlon rosters for the first IBU and World Cups have been named. Four GRP athletes - Grace Castonguay, Kelsey Dickinson, Margie Freed, and Jake Brown - were selected for the World Cup, which has already begun in Kontiolahti, Finland. Three other GRPers - Jackie Garso, Michaela Keller-Miller, and Luke Brown - were named to the IBU Cup team. The IBU Cup started last weekend in Idre Fjaell, Sweden and is currently racing in Geilo, Norway.

All World Cup races can be streamed for free (but you do need to make a free account) on Eurovision and both series can be followed via the IBU App or the IBU Datacenter. Go Sprigs!
