Fresh snowfall has landed amongst the Cedar Sprigs currently in Finland under the northern lights - time for a new season. Fresh skis are ground and waxed, boots broken in, and the goals inscribed in pre-season notebooks are that much closer to being grasped. The buzz and nerves and longing and dread, the fatigue and excitement while laying in bed, are taking form inside each athlete of the GRP Snow team. As they quest after their dreams, here’s when and how you can follow and cheer and watch.

GRP Ski

The GRP Ski team recently finished up their pre-season training camp in Munio, Finland where they focused on transitioning technique to on snow and finding their racing gears at local FIS races. The skiers will follow the SuperTour circuit with four ways to earn World Cup starts along the way:

1) The leader after the Cable Openers (December 12-17) will earn starts for the Tour de Ski (December 28-January 5).
2) Top athletes from Nationals in Anchorage and the Bozeman SuperTour may be selected for the World Championships in Trondheim, Norway (February 26-March 9).
3) The overall SuperTour leader from the whole season after SuperTour Finals will earn Period 1 starts for the 25/26 season.
4) Athletes can also get “discretion” spots for specific WC races based on SuperTour performances.
