Britta Clark Leads the GRP with 2nd in the US 50km Trail Running Championships

Britta Clark lead the GRP run squad with a 2nd place at the US National 50km Trail Running Championships.  

Clark completed the approximately 31-mile course in 5 hours 47 minutes, which was good enough for 15th overall in a field of 178 men and women.

Canyon Woodward placed 6th in the men’s field and 6th overall in a time of 5 hours 18 minutes. Eric LiPuma was the 10th man across the line and 11th overall in a time of 5 hours 33 minutes.

The 50km Championships took place in Sunapee, NH, utilizing a point-to-point course which stretched from the Sunapee High School to Ragged Mountain Ski Area in Danbury, NH. The challenging track featured 6,300 feet of elevation gain over the course of the race.

The GRP Running Team is supported by the Craftsbury Outdoor Center and Tracksmith Running. Stay tuned for more updates from the GRP as the summer race calendar rolls on.
