Alexandra Lawson is a Senior at Middlebury College, and a native of West Burke, Vermont. Alex is an alumnus of the Craftsbury junior ski program, where she trained under Outdoor Center coaches Anna Schultz, Audrey Mangan and Jake Barton. Lawson has trained with the GRP U23 program under coach Pepa Miloucheva for two summers. This season, Alexandra extended her tenure to include the fall and winter seasons due to the cancelation of Middlebury College’s NCAA ski season. This will be Alexandra’s second trip to U23 Worlds. Lawson’s international ski racing credentials are supported by outstanding NCAA skiing results both on the tracks and in the classroom including earing NCAA All-American distinction at the National Championships and multiple All-Academic team honors.

Finn has emerged as a top performer in the U20 age group nationally under the guidance of Craftsbury coaches Anna Schultz, Audrey Mangan and Jake Barton. The 2021 Junior World Championships will be Sweet’s first taste of international competition. Next year, Finn Sweet will join his sister Phoebe Sweet on the University of Vermont Ski Team. Sweet plans to study Agroecology while skiing on UVM’s NCAA Division 1 ski team.
