Skiing in Paradise

We’re now in Ramsau am Dachstein, Austria and let me tell you, its not a bad place to be!  We have three races here starting on Friday, but for now we’re enjoying a few relaxing training days in the sun under the alps.  We’re staying in a house located at the foot of the road up to the Dachstein Glacier, a popular spot for year-round skiing.  But there are also ski trails connecting the entire Ramsau valley, and one of them starts just out our door.  Its a 15 minute ski from our  house down to the stadium where the races will be, and though there’s not too much snow here, the trails are bomber and fast.  Here are a few pics!  (Though they don’t really do the place justice.)
